Returns & Exchanges
Keepaere wants all their customers to be happy with their products and quality assurance is a top priority for us. If you receive an order and are not 100% satisfied with our products and they are still in the original condition and packaging, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order.
Please note we cannot exchange or refund any products that are past 30 days of purchase or are not in the original condition and resalable.
CUSTOMIZED GLOVES: Please note that we cannot refund or exchange ANY customized gloves for reasons such as size concerns so please be 100% of your size before adding customization. Quality issues on customized gloves will be subject to same process as non customized gloves.
For products that are returned for sizing concerns we will refund the monetary value of the goods only. For returns such as these the customer is responsible to arrange and pay the return shipping costs.
